Forms and quotes

When you submit a form (name, email, and your brief), the data travels through Formspree and lands in Jerry's inbox (gerardo@medrano.mx). It's used only to reply and quote your project. No mailing lists, no data resale.

The Producer — the AI chat

The quoting chat runs on Claude (Anthropic). What you write there is processed to answer you and is kept for up to 24 hours after your last activity, for two reasons: so the conversation keeps its thread, and so Jerry can step in and attend to you live.

After those 24 hours, the conversation deletes itself from storage (Upstash Redis). If you share contact details or book a session in the chat, that data does reach Jerry — that's what it's for. When there's serious interest, Jerry gets a push notification on his phone with a summary of the conversation.

The microphone

The "Try it with your voice" feature only activates if you ask for it, and your browser asks for explicit permission. The audio is analyzed locally, in your browser, solely to animate the typography. It is never recorded, never sent to any server, and the microphone is released instantly when you stop it, after 15 seconds, or if you switch tabs.

Chat dictation ("dictate your project") is different: it uses your own browser's speech recognition, which may process the audio on its provider's servers (Google or Apple) solely to transcribe it. We only receive the resulting text — never the audio — and only if you choose to send it.

Booking

If you book a session or a call, your details (name, email, time slot) go to Cal.com and from there to Jerry's calendar. They're used for that appointment only.

Metrics and local storage

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: aggregate, anonymous metrics (page views, load speed), with no tracking cookies and no following you around the internet.

Your browser stores three small things: your preferred language, whether you've seen the opening animation, and a chat session identifier. They live on your device, don't identify who you are, and you can remove them by clearing the site's data.

Third parties involved

To operate, the site relies on these services — each receives only the minimum needed for its job:

Deleting your data

Want something you shared removed — a form email, a chat conversation? Write to gerardo@medrano.mx and it gets deleted. No friction, no 14-step forms.
